Institutional Membership
Membership is open to schools involved in the post secondary-level training of students to a professional level in the country in which they are located, and to research institutions whose programmes of research are relevant to ClLECT's goals. There are two categories of institutional membership.
- Institutional members are schools of film, television, or related media, which have the status of officially recognised institutions of higher education in their re-spective countries, offer training in the creative aspects of film, television, and/or related media to a professional level, as demonstrated by the achievement of their graduates.
- Partner membership is available to projects, organizations, initiatives, or other institutions which are collaborating with CILECT and which can benefit from a formal relationship with CILECT.

Information on Partner membership is available from the CILECT Secretariat.
Membership applications are reviewed on a continuing basis by the Executive Council, which has authority to provisionally admit applicants, subject to ratification by the General Assembly. If approved, schools become CILECT members upon receipt of membership fees.
