Mission & Strategy

The Tomas Bata University in Zlín, Faculty of Multimedia Communications represents a unique type of higher education institution providing interdisciplinary education in three main degree programmes (Media and Communication Studies, Visual Arts, Theory and Practice of Audiovisual Arts). Students at the FMC receive maximum support from the Faculty and are actively encouraged to apply their own ideas and develop their skills and creative abilities. Our mission is to produce excellent and talented graduates who work successfully in professional film and animation studios, TV companies, postproduction houses and advertising agencies, specialists in graphic or product design, footwear and fashion design, advertising photography, 3D design, and digital design.
