The Icelandic Film School (KVÍ) is an educational institution responsible for education in the field of film making. The school’s policy is to contribute to the establishment of an Icelandic visual industry with meticulous teaching, research, educational and communication work in all fields of film making. Furthermore, the school’s goal is to offer an international filmmaking program and attract talented individuals from all corners of the world to study and work in this country. The objective of the Icelandic Film School is to attain the stature of one of the world’s premiere film schools.
