Major Achievements: Director of photography and documentary film-maker. Lodz Film School direction of photography graduate and lecturer. Worked as director of photography, among others, with Mariusz Grzegorzek (‘Conversation with a Cupboard Man’) and Agnieszka Holland (‘In Darkness’). As director of photography of Agnieszka Holland’s film she won the Golden Frog – the Prize of the Camerimage International Festival of Cinematographers, Eagle - Polish Film Academy Prize and the prize at the Festival of Polish Feature Films in Gdynia. As the author of the documentary, ‘Chronicle of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising According to Marek Edelman’ she won prizes at the International Film Festivals in Munich, Leipzig and San Francisco.
