Job Title: Senior Lecturer – Camera
Contract: Permanent, Part-time (3 days per week, 21 hours)
Salary/Benefits: c£21,000pa (FTE £35k), plus 30 days holiday pro rata and contributory pension
Job Summary
This is a fantastic opportunity to provide valuable teaching for students at a prestigious film school that is widely acknowledged as one of the best in the world.
This post is responsible for teaching, learning support, assessing, and contributing to curriculum development as a member of the Camera Department. The post-holder will also be a personal tutor and participate in the student recruitment process for the school. They will need to maintain their professional practice and undertake academic administration to deliver their teaching.
The successful candidate will have specialist knowledge and teaching experience in cinematography at the tertiary level. You’ll need excellent interpersonal skills as you’ll be working closely with students as well as colleagues from across the school. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, nurturing student creativity and developing their skills to become talented storytellers.
