Two years following the death of his father, a young elephant caretaker, Are Riengngen, is forced to care for the elephant that killed him whilst caring for his own family and inherited elephant, Pong. Ekasit, the elephant that killed his father, was known to be undergoing the process of musth, a psychological phenomenon which causes an elephant's rage at a certain age. This documentary depicts the young caretaker's life with his two elephants as his mother recounts the incident that led to his father's death and the danger that looms over a family who's elephants are important to their livelihood.
