On the day of his arrival, Joao wanders the streets of an indifferent Lisbon while his flatmate Beatriz, a young medical student, becomes intrigued by a locked travelling bag he left behind. Although the city seems distant, their loneliness will bring them closer as the night falls on the apartment.
