In response to declining fish populations, the Hubbs-SeaWorld Research Institute pioneered an experimental aquaculture program to “restock the ocean” with California White Sea Bass. MANMADE WATERS follows the son of a fisherman as he explores the program alongside his father, a loyal supporter of Hubbs with personal ties to its management.
