South Korea in the 1980s. The story unfolds in a military camp town built only for the entertainment of the U.S. soldiers. Hong (13/Girl) lives with her big sister who works here. She has fun days. But one day she witnesses her sister being killed by an American soldier. This is a film based on a true story.
