Rémi Allier from IAD, Belgium was “awarded” the César for Best Short Film for “Les Petites mains”

Two former students  from IAD in director Pablo Munoz Gomez and Rémi Allier were in the running for the César for The Best Short Film. These two directors and writers met at IAD – Institut des Arts de Diffusion. They co-wrote and co-signed "Jan" in 2012, which is appreciated in several festivals. The following year, Pablo realizes "Welkom" and Rémi performs "Zinneke" as part of their graduation film.

Rémi thanks all his team, including former from IAD: Gilles Monnat (director), Kinan Massarani (picture) and Nicolas Bier (editing).

                            

And as a News one never comes alone, we also congratulate Benoît Debie, a former Pictures student, who won the César for Best Cinematography for his work on Jacques Audiard's "Les Frères Sisters".
