2024 marks the 23rd anniversary of the International Student Film and Video Festival (ISFVF), and this year it will take place in November in Beijing.
Established in 2001 by Professor and distinguished Director Xie Fei, ISFVF is an important global event featuring student film works and exchanges organized by Beijing Film Academy and officially supported by CILECT. Moreover, ISFVF is now recognized as an important part of the UNESCO Chair on Cinematic Arts and Cultural Diversity.
Over the past two decades, ISFVF has become a grand celebration of youth and cinema that displays students’ works, fosters international creative exchanges, encourages academic discourse and embraces cultural diversity. The Festival is grateful to have been able to build its reputation on the continuous support and interest from faculty and students of film schools around the world.
Now that summer is here, the Festival is launching its 23rd round of call for entries!
We cordially invite your school to select some of your excellent student works to participate in this year’s ISFVF, and we would very much appreciate it if you could forward this message to your students.
