Organized and developed the high-tech achievements such as the digital animation production process management system which have been transformed and applied in animation enterprises inside and outside the Province, supported the Frog Kingdom And a number of 3D animated films, and won the Five One Projects” award and the Chinese Government Award for Culture and Art. In 2020, he won the “Technological Innovation Award” of China electronic video industry association.

Executive Member of Digital Art Professional Committee of China Image and Graphics Association. He has been engaged in teaching and scientific research of digital media art, interactive design and animation for a long time. In recent years, he has wrote “Introduction of Digital Media Art” and “History of Digital Media Art”, as well as the teaching materials of digital media art and animation such as “History of Disney Animation Art”, “Introduction of Interactive Design”, “Introduction of Digital Image”, “Introduction of Fantasy Art” and “Introduction of New Media Animation”. Among them, Introduction of Digital Media Art was rated as the national excellent textbook of 2007. The Second Edition(2012) was rated as the National Planning Textbook of the 12th Five Year Plan. In July 2015, the National 12th Five Year Plan textbook Introduction of Digital Media Art was published.

Professor, Master’s tutor, graduated from Jilin College of the Arts in 1982, majoring in drama, film and television performance, and studied at the Directing Department of Shanghai Theatre Academy (1986-1987), and served as the Vice Dean of Teaching at the School of Drama, Film and Television of Jilin College of the Arts from 1995 to 2011. She served as the director of the School of Film and Drama of Jilin Animation Institute and the executive vice president of the School of Film from 2012 to 2021. Currently, she is the leader of the directing program in the Film Academy.

The films and TV dramas that he has participated in have been selected for the 17th Cannes Film Festival, the Golden Lighthouse Award at the 8th Miami American Film Festival, the Major Revolutionary Historical Theme Film Award, the Five One Project Award, and other awards at home and abroad. At present, he has set up a film and television art design expert studio to lead students in practical teaching of film and television art design, conduct practical training in film and television art design, and lead students to carry out the overall design of the film and television city in conjunction with the ” Mountains and Seas Theme Park” project.

Li Xueyan has written the large-scale drama “Tears Flow Quietly”, the large-scale children’s drama “Happy Friends”, “Forest Horn”, etc. She has been awarded the Playwright Prize of the China Drama Festival, the 16th and 18th Tian Han Drama Prize, the 7th, 8th, and 12th Changbaishan Literary Award, the Five First Project Award, the Five First Project Award, and the Five First Project Award. “He has won the playwriting award at the China Drama Festival, the 16th and 18th Tian Han Drama Award, the 7th, 8th, 12th Changbaishan Literary Award, the “Five First Project” Award, and the National Art Fund Project Support.
