Mission & Strategy

The University of Theatre and Film Arts is committed to the spirit of our country’s Fundamental Law and the original intentions of the Founding Fathers of the European Union along with its activities based on academic research, teaching and the freedom of studying. Together, as citizens of the University, we seek contemporary theatrical and cinematic expressions of this cultural ideal. We believe that in our colourful world, our existence becomes truly visible when we add our own colours and shades to the overall picture. We consider the artistic career to be a difficult but rewarding profession, and above all, a privileged gift that we wish to place at the service of the community that honours us with its attention.
