The film's main character, Yuri, is a remarkable teacher who can connect with any child, or so he believes. When his student Vlad writes an unpleasant message on the board, Yuri, instead of blaming the boy, only gives him a friendly pat on the back. However, a reunion with his former homeroom teacher, Denis, shatters his illusions.
